Tradeline Club has an immediate opening for a Customer Success Agent (CSA). This position will grow to become a senior leader of the company and the ideal person will have superior customer service abilities, great phone skills, be process-oriented, and detail-focused. This position will help both sides of our customer marketplace; 1) People who want to boost their credit scores and 2) People who have pristine credit histories and want to earn passive income.
